How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on all orders to UK mainland addresses, with no minimum order value.
How quickly will my order be delivered?
Order today and your delivery will arrive within 2–3 working days. All orders are dispatched with DPD. Please note we don't dispatch on weekends or UK bank holidays.
Do you deliver outside mainland UK?
We currently deliver to UK mainland addresses only (England, Scotland and Wales). Unfortunately we can't deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, or international addresses.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email from us and a separate DPD notification with your tracking number and a one-hour delivery window. Through the DPD link you can rearrange delivery, nominate a safe place, or redirect to a DPD Pickup Shop.
Can I return my order?
Yes. If you change your mind, you can return your product within 30 days of delivery, free of charge, as long as it's unused, in its original condition and packaging, and complete with all accessories and manuals. Contact our customer service team to start your return and we'll arrange a free DPD collection from your address. Once we've received and inspected your return, you'll get a full refund within 14 days.
